At law school, Hariklia interned with the RCMP External Review Committee. She also worked as a caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic and participated in the Community Legal Education Project, which culminated in a report to the Law Foundation of Ontario.

Hariklia articled with Levinter & Levinter in 2005/2006 and joined the firm as an associate upon her call to the Bar in July 2006.

Hariklia is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Advocate’s Society, and the Hellenic Canadian Lawyer’s Association and sits on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Hope Centre for Persons with Special Needs.
