| Sandra is an associate with the firm practicing exclusively in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation. Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University where she specialized in Political Science. She subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Western Ontario. In 2001, Sandra moved to Washington D.C. for a year where she obtained her Master of Laws Degree from George Washington University while pursuing a legal internship with Senator John McCain. She was called to the Bar in 2003.
Prior to joining Levinter & Levinter, Sandra worked in the area of Insurance Defence, representing insurance companies in motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, property loss, fire and flood claims. Over the years, Sandra has gained substantial exposure to all areas of litigation practice including conducting discoveries, motions, pre-trials, trials and private mediations. Sandra also has significant experience in Occupiers’ Liability Act claims representing persons injured in slip and fall incidents. |
